Metabolism Health Audit
Nutrition Consultation & HTMA Lab
How would it feel to get to the bottom of what’s draining your energy?
A Metabolism Health Audit can help by offering you a stepping stone to identify how stress (both good and bad) is driving what’s happening inside your body, and offer you next steps to correct these issues using a nutrition and lifestyle forward approach.
Mineral imbalances and heavy metal toxicity can lead to a whole host of health problems.
Minerals are what make your metabolism perform properly.
Without minerals the reactions responsible for energy, focus, blood sugar, hormone production, thyroid health, digestion, hair, skin, and so many others, can’t do their job of reacting.
Instead, those reactions have to rely on other nutrients, which stresses your body to its max.
A Metabolism Health Audit is useful if you…
Are frustrated with contradicting advice that has given you no lasting results.
Are blindly cobbling together random foods and supplements trying to get the nutrients you think your body needs.
Seek to understand why you feel the way you do, and not just manage the symptoms
After your Metabolism Health Audit you will:
Know what specifically is causing your symptoms at the mineral level and how to address them
Know whether or not you are dealing with heavy metal toxicity
Learn how your body is handling your stress
Understand your metabolic type & what sort of nutrition works best for it
Have evidence to support the belief that being healthy does NOT have to be stressful, confusing, or something you can’t sustain
A Metabolism Health Audit is a one time consultation that includes:
-
Together we will review your health history, goals, and questions to give you clarity around your current health.
-
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a non-invasive screening test that analyzes the minerals deposited in your hair. The kit will be mailed to your home with easy instructions on how to take your hair sample and mail it to the lab. Once I have your results I will record a video interpretation of your results, so you can have to refer back to.
The cost of the lab is included in your consultation. -
Based on your HTMA results advice will be shared on what foods to prioritize and what supplements to include, if any.
